Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or contain resin residue.

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the unused product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Safely pack your item in its original box with all protective foam inserts to prevent breakage during transit, as glass is fragile.
Ship and Refund
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at the designated carrier; once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
